Restaurant Workers Accused of Rubbing Private Parts on Food

COLUMBUS -- Investigators from our sister station, ABC 6, have uncovered some very unappetizing claims involving a central Ohio sandwich shop. The Columbus Public Health Department is working to determine if two employees of Subway at 5350 Tuttle Crossing Boulevard rubbed their private parts on bread and served the food to customers. Two people recently tweeted several obscene pictures that appear to have been taken inside a Subway restaurant. One picture includes a caption identifying a water bottle filled with urine; another is of a sub roll shaped like a penis; the third shows a man shoving his penis into a roll. Investigators learned that two employees of the Tuttle Crossing Blvd. Subway were recently fired. We also learned the health department is working with the city attorney's office to review possible criminal charges. Officials with the restaurant's franchisee, Gilligan Oil Company in Cincinnati, closed the restaurant so they can get rid of all the food and sanitize the facility, according to the health department. The names of the fired employees are not being released at this time.Courtesy of ABC 6.
